Highlands Park - Highlands Neighborhood Association

Highlands Park features one playfield for soccer, softball and baseball, a playground, and a picnic table. The ballfield backstop was donated by the Highlands Neighborhood Association in 2007. A freestanding automated external defibrillator (AED) and new water fountain was installed in 2025.
This park is the site of a former water tower. The concrete pads are still there.
Neighborhood Cleanup day of this park is the Saturday before Easter weekend
The annual Spring Hunt is the day before Easter There is limited street parking available at this park.
